Tariff surcharge temporary balance-of-payments The 25.02.2015 entered into force the surcharge general tariff for a period of twelve months as stipulated in article XII of the GATT (balance-of-payments) that had been adopted on 28.12.2014, upon completion of consultations with international financial institutions.
