The 28.12.2014 the act “ measures to stabilize the balance of payments ”, which introduces an additional fee for twelve months for all imports, regardless of the trade agreements in force. Exceptions include oil, gas, fuel and other humanitarian aid. The surcharge will be 10 per cent for agricultural products and 5 per cent for industrialists. Its entry into force is still pending consultations of the Government with international financial institutions.
