Price controls By Decision No. 1079/QD-BTC, ministry of finance are introduced from 1 june maximum prices wholesalers and retailers to dairy products intended for children under 6 years. The Law of the price 11/2012/QH13, effective 1 january 2013, allows for different mechanisms of control of prices for a wide range of goods and services considered sensitive.
