The chinese authorities have submitted for public consultation a second draft of amendments to the safety of food (“ Food Safety Law 2014 ”), originally released in 2009. A first draft published in 2013 has already been discussed at the time by the european Union. Deadline for submission of comments and observations: 31.07.2014.
