Decree No. 1026/2012, 5 july, abolishes the preferences granted to imports of capital goods produced in the country and aligned its duty with the common external tariff of Mercosur, of 14 per cent for these goods. For capital goods produced in the country, preference is decreasing, passing the tariff of 0 to 2 per cent. There is No consolidated 35 per cent in the wto.
