The 12.12.2014 China notified the committee of the WTO TBT a draft regulation on labelling of cosmetics that would prohibit the overlap in the destination of adhesive labels with additional information. In addition to its impact on costs and logistics, the expected date of entry into force (01.07.2015) is insufficient to businesses to adapt to new requirements.
