With effects 01/10/2012 Egypt has lifted the ban on exports or rice semiblanqueado bleaching (NC 100630). Exports will require a licence granted by public tender convened by the Ministry of Industry and Foreign Trade and shall be subject to a right of export of 1,000 egyptian pounds per tonne.
