Problems with EUR1 certificates. The efforts undertaken by the Ofecome in Rabat have succeeded in removing the requirement to customs appropriation of 25 per cent of the value of the merchandise, to verify the origin of the certificate EUR1 with customs española, to all material imported aluminium (tariff lines 8301 and 8302). The return of the amount appropriated slowed up to 10 months.
